Here is alien frog like species that i havnt really came up with a back ground yet ....any help?

Cool face. Perhaps they used to keep to themselves until a dwindling water supply necessitated a mass exodus from their home world. Sadly, the planet dried out completely. Now the species searches for a new home. Or a way to rehydrate their planet.
